English traditional production system (with maceration by the simple infusion method), the production process is virtually automatic, with the essential basic machining, which make it HANDCRAFT product.
Our beers contain ingredients listed in the German Law of Purity of 1516: water, malt (barley and wheat), hops and yeast flower. Only when beer style characteristics require it, we use grain attached to enrich the properties of beer. Therefore, we brewed INTEGRAL beers, because of their ingredients, also to final product that is not filtered or pasteurized.
Carbonic gas (CO2) is generated naturally from yeast which remained in the bottle, using a technique similar to the production of cava. Therefore, these beers are beers with natural living, evolving them in time.
