Presented in different formats, tender, semi-cured, acid coagulation, also with aromatic herbs, cream to spread and balls in olive oil and Oregano (especial for salads). The same company offers handmade yogurt in natural format and mixed with jams.
Farmhouse Cheese of GOAT, from Sierra de Cazorla in Jaen, presented in four formats, cured, semi-cured, and with two more ones with herbs, Rosemary and Thyme.
Farmhouse Cheese of SHEEP, from Castilla la Mancha, presented in cured format with creamy texture and a point of Olive Oil cheese; also cured with Rosemary giving more compact texture and golden colour, although in tasting it is not so dry, neither creamy.
